PROTODUCTAI K.K. ("we") explains here how the game Sakapiko Inc. (the iPhone / iPad app and the browser version, "the Game") handles information. The Game has no accounts: what you play is saved on your own device.

1. Information kept only on your device

• Save data: your club, players, records and settings (such as the language). The app keeps it in its Documents folder and the browser version in the browser's storage. It is never sent to our servers.
• The app's save data may be included in your device's iCloud backup.
• Transfer codes: a code that moves a browser save into the app. It is created and read on your device and never sent to us.

2. Information handled by third-party services

• Purchases (RevenueCat, Apple): to process and restore the full-version purchase, your purchase history, an anonymous identifier created by RevenueCat, and basic device information such as the app version are sent to RevenueCat. Apple handles payment; we never receive your card details.
• Game Center (Apple): if you are signed in to Game Center, achievements and leaderboard scores are sent to Apple and handled under Apple's privacy policy.
• Fonts (Google Fonts, browser version only): the browser version loads its fonts from Google, so connection information such as your IP address reaches Google. The app bundles its fonts and sends nothing.

These services keep their servers outside Japan, mainly in the United States.

3. Information we do not collect

The Game collects nothing for advertising, tracking or analytics, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not access your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

4. How information is used

The information above is used only to provide the Game, to confirm and restore the full-version purchase, and to answer your enquiries. We do not share it with third parties unless the law requires us to.

5. Deleting data

Deleting the app deletes its save data on the device (apart from any copy in your device backups). The browser version's save data is deleted when you clear the site's data in your browser. Purchase records stay with Apple and RevenueCat so that purchases can be restored; contact us below if you want them deleted.
